Bidding Increments
Bidding increments are as follows but may vary at the auctioneer’s discretion:
Under $1,000: $50
$1,000 – $2,000: $100
$2,000 – $5,000: $250
$5,000 – $10,000: $500
$10,000 – $20,000: $1,000
$20,000 – $50,000: $2,500
$50,000 – $100,000: $5,000
$100,000 – $200,000: $10,000
$200,000 – $500,000: $25,000
$500,000 – $1,000,000: $50,000
$1,000,000 and up: $100,000
