Jackson, Wyoming – The ninth annual Jackson Hole Art Auction was held on September 18th and 19th in Jackson, WY. Hosted by Trailside Galleries and the Gerald Peters Gallery, 81% percent of the 304 lots were sold over two days, realizing $6.5 million in sales. Eighteen new artist world records were established, including Top Tier entry Four American Visionaries by Jenness Cortez, which realized a world record price of $128,700. Both sessions featured very enthusiastic bidding across a variety of genres, excellent floor attendance and robust remote bidding.
